Director-Patient Experience

Director of Patient Experience leads program execution for patient experience across 16 hospitals and 40 clinics, with on-site roles at Eau Claire, WI or Mankato, MN and enterprise collaboration across Mayo Clinic sites. Responsibilities include strategic vision for patient-experience innovation, leveraging digital tools to enhance engagement, streamline processes, and improve outcomes across service lines; champion modernization initiatives that integrate digital platforms; oversee Patient Experience infrastructure, education and training, change management, and mobilization of staff at multiple organizational levels; co-chair the site Patient Experience Subcommittee and participate in Enterprise Patient Experience governance; require proven operational leadership, ability to influence clinicians, and ability to sustain frontline behavior change across a highly matrixed health system; travel between campuses is required.
