Job Summary
Collaborate with senior leaders to spearhead patient, customer, and physician experiences at the Access Center. Oversee processes and procedures supporting the organization's mission while upholding its brand, vision, values, and culture. Facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues regarding physician protocols, scheduling practices, and relationships between the Access Center and medical disciplines. Requires five years of recent managerial experience in a clinical setting, demonstrated competence in administration and clinical nursing practice, and current RN licensure in New Jersey. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years recent and progressive managerial experience in a clinical setting
- Demonstrated competence in administration, education and clinical nursing practice
- Demonstrates understanding of the social, political, and economic influences affecting health care programs
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
- Current RN licensure in State of New Jersey
