Job Summary
Director of Strategic Alliances & Channel Partnerships to lead development and execution of Sprinto’s partner strategy, identify, recruit, and onboard MSPs/MSSPs/GSIs/Consulting Partners, design and implement joint sales and GTM programs, own partnership-driven revenue targets, negotiate contracts and growth plans, and collaborate with sales, product marketing, and solutions teams to scale a global partner ecosystem. You’ll mentor internal teams and partners, build a partnership function from the ground up, forecast resource needs with Talent Acquisition, and track success via CRM and sales intelligence systems. Deep understanding of SaaS/ISV, cybersecurity, and GRC landscapes; exceptional relationship management with executive-level stakeholders; strong analytical and strategic thinking; familiarity with APIs and potential integrations; and proven cross-functional leadership. 100% remote work supported with benefits including learning investments, generous leave, health and life insurance, and work-from-anywhere flexibility in India.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or related fields
- experience in SaaS/ISV, cybersecurity, GRC
- ability to manage revenue quotas and growth through partnerships
- strong negotiation and contract experience
- cross-functional collaboration skills
- technical acumen with APIs
- ability to build and lead a partnerships team
- ability to forecast resources and hire top talent
