Job Summary
Director, Partnerships (Business Development) responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships and acquiring new dealership partners. Build and manage relationships with dealership groups, dealer principals, fixed operations leaders, OEM field teams, and industry partners; identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Curbee's SaaS platform; create and execute territory/account strategies to generate qualified pipeline; educate dealers and OEM partners on the value of mobile service; represent Curbee at industry events and partner meetings; collaborate with Marketing and Leadership on go-to-market initiatives; maintain a consultative sales approach to articulate business cases for mobile service adoption; travel extensively to develop relationships and accelerate sales cycles; work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from prospect to partner; demonstrate ownership, adaptability, and executive-level relationship-building skills to expand Curbee's footprint in the automotive ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of business development, strategic sales, or partnerships experience
- 5+ years selling software, technology, or automotive solutions into franchise dealerships
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, fixed operations, and dealer group decision-making
- Experience engaging with OEM field organizations and understanding OEM initiatives
- Proven track record of generating pipelines, closing business, and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel 60-70% regionally and nationally
