Job Summary
Lead day-to-day client operations across Patient Access, Health Information Management, and Patient Financial Services; develop and execute policies and initiatives for acute/physician revenue cycle; build and maintain relationships with clients and Ensemble leadership; drive performance improvement using data, monitor bad debt, and identify process improvements; articulate plans with deliverables and timelines, and lead program-level initiatives; coach and develop teams, manage budgets and resources, and communicate with executive stakeholders (CFO and client leadership); must be able to travel extensively (approx. 75%) and be willing to relocate to the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area; role requires leveraging AI and advanced analytics to enhance processes and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Legally Required License / Certification (Ex: MD, RN, LPN, etc.)
- CRCR Or other approved job relevant certification.
