Job Summary
The Director of Partnership Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of brand partnerships for PBR, ensuring a best-in-class partnership marketing experience. This role involves overseeing a team managing program execution and strategic planning, as well as driving revenue through partnership renewals and integrated upsell opportunities. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless activations at events, maintaining strong partner relationships, and contributing to the overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partnership marketing within sports or entertainment and will possess strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in partnership marketing, marketing strategy, consulting, commercial operations, or related fields, preferably within sports, entertainment, or media
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex partnership programs
- Strong understanding of brand partnerships, sponsorship marketing, and client service models
- Commercial mindset with experience supporting renewals, negotiations, and revenue-generating partnership strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing or mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus
