Job Summary
Director-led role to manage a team of Partner Managers, drive activation across a portfolio of technology partners (AI platforms, frontier labs, agent/workflow/frameworks, developer platforms), and convert signed partnerships into active co-sell motions with measurable pipeline. You will own program priorities, provide deal coaching and operational oversight, maintain senior-level engagement on strategically important relationships, coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve program performance and roadmap visibility.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in partnerships or business development at a technology company
- 至少5 years managing a team of partnership professionals
- Experience coordinating across Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Strong execution orientation and ability to move programs forward
- Technical fluency to discuss AI applications with partners and product leaders
- Clear written and verbal communication for senior leadership
- Experience turning partnerships into measurable pipeline and co-sell motions
