Job Summary
Director, Partner Marketing leads integrated paid and organic marketing campaigns for a portfolio of academic partners; serves as the day-to-day marketing lead for assigned partners, coordinating with Partner Success, Enrollment, Retention, CX, and Technology teams. Develop annual and quarterly partner- and program-level marketing plans, translate priorities into campaigns and content, oversee creative briefs, landing pages, and CRM workflows, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, mentor a growing execution team, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and performance across paid and organic channels.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success in digital, campaign, or partner or account-based marketing
- Experience in higher education, online learning, or performance-driven marketing preferred
- Strong understanding of paid and organic channels, creative development, and content strategy
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, dashboards, and KPI-driven performance management
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including comfort presenting to partners and stakeholders
- Experience leading teams and managing budgets
