Director, Partner Marketing

Job Summary
Director-level role responsible for owning Avante's partner marketing strategy end-to-end across top-down partnership leadership marketing, bottoms-up producer-focused campaigns, and activation efforts including co-marketing, enablement, roadshows, and campaigns. You’ll manage partner enablement, collaborate with product marketing, CRO, AEs, and field marketing, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and budget ownership. Key duties include building ABM and account-based partner programs, executive moments for leadership-level outreach, producer-focused programs and assets, co-branded collateral, partner education at scale (webinars, lunch-and-learns), roadshow and regional event programs, and development of scalable playbooks for partner tiers. Strong emphasis on using AI/tools daily (e.g., Claude) and delivering measurable pipeline impact while managing budgets and forecasting. The role values cross-functional collaboration across sales, CX, enablement, product marketing, and field marketing, with a focus on driving pipeline through partner ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of B2B marketing experience
- 4 to 5+ years focused on partner, channel, or alliance marketing
- experience owning a partner marketing function or strategy end to end
- experience building partner marketing programs in a channel-led or partner-led GTM motion
- event planning and execution experience
