Job Summary

Lead the partner lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, growth, advocacy, and retention. Design personalized partner journeys, engagement programs, and communications tailored to partner needs while identifying opportunities to remove friction and increase participation. Create targeted strategies across digital, email, web, portal, event, and community channels, leveraging data and insights to optimize response, satisfaction, and adoption. Build programs that strengthen partner connection, recognition, and loyalty, and define success measures for activation, advocacy, and retention. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, regional, and technology teams to align stakeholders around a shared partner experience vision and ensure scalable, consistent delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer experience, B2B marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience designing and scaling engagement, lifecycle, or customer/partner journey programs
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, segmentation, personalization, digital engagement, and data-driven marketing
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex global organization
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, manage priorities, and lead teams or workstreams to measurable outcomes
  • Experience with global partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem programs
  • Familiarity with partner portals, marketing automation, personalization tools, analytics, or digital engagement platforms
  • Experience supporting partner-sourced or partner-influenced growth
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in payments, technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, consulting, cloud, data, or fintech environments
  • Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
