Job Summary
Manage the alliance development lifecycle for Global System Integrator partners by owning pipeline, data ingestion, and workflow management. Drive growth through joint customers and Go-To-Market programs while supporting Global and Regional Leads. Coordinate co-marketing initiatives like events and webinars to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Assist partners in navigating the sales process, including deal registration and proposal support, to ensure an efficient sales cycle. Create accurate operational reporting and standardized templates for the team. Monitor partner performance against specific metrics and shift priorities to deliver on key criteria. Implement AI-first workflows using Snowflake CoWork and Salesforce to automate front-office processes for use cases and registrations. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5+ years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, business development in technology
- 5+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets
- Track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake's System Integrators
- Ability to manage global and regional business plans, track and articulate partner progress
- Strong executive presence and polish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
- Travel Required: Estimated at 25-50% (variable)
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Working knowledge of Cloud and Frontier Model environments is preferred
