Job Summary
Director, Paid Social responsible for architecting an AI-enabled paid social marketing engine focused on high-quality B2C lead generation for home services. Owns a large annual budget (25M+), leads and mentors a team, and designs the creative and audience strategies that redefine lead generation. Sets the vision for end-to-end paid social strategy, drives experiments and testing culture, leads AI tool integration (Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, Jasper, etc.), collaborates with Sales/Product/Creative to align KPIs, and scales the function in 2026 to meet growing demand across markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical field (CS or Data Analytics background a plus)
- 10+ years in performance marketing with a focus on paid social
- Experience in high-volume, high-intent B2C lead generation; Home Services experience a strong plus
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads and other paid social platforms
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Experience integrating AI into workflows and asset production
