Job Summary

Director, Paid Search leads day-to-day client contact for paid search programs, developing and executing strategic search plans that meet client objectives. Responsible for campaign performance, presenting and selling strategies to clients, and guiding the growth of internal search teams. Collaborates with VP/SVP to up-sell and cross-sell, and serves as liaison among clients, partner agencies, and the search practice. Creates client/partner presentations with senior leadership and supports business development initiatives. Ensures the team has tools and training (including SOURCE training and MS Excel) and oversees day-to-day use of Asana to optimize workflow. Requires strong ability to quantify results, translate data into compelling stories, and proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and third-party bidding platforms, plus Microsoft Office. Desired: 7+ years in media/search agency environments with SEM experience; familiarity with Asana or other project management platforms; strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
