Job Summary
Own Contract Lifecycle Management and Revenue Leakage Foundational Capabilities products, driving strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle delivery for Genentech's Access and Contracting tools. Partner with PAA leadership, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to define strategic direction, facilitate product discovery, and ensure adoption of new systems. Lead a team of product managers and leads within a scaled agile (SAFe) environment, managing PI planning and portfolio prioritization while maintaining budget and financial accountability. Collaborate with CMG stakeholders to align infrastructure with market access goals, ensuring compliance and stability for business-critical processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of leadership experience in market access and related product-centric knowledge
- Deep expertise and experience in Market Access, Payers, PBMs, Specialty Distributors, Provider GPOs, 340B entities, SPs, etc
- Contracting strategy and execution including payer and provider contract and access pull through
- A deep understanding of Managed Care and Organized customers
- Executive presence, strong business acumen, ability to navigate ambiguity, and manage complexity
- Enterprise mindset that can break down silos
- Focus on continuous delivery through collaboration, and bringing people together to work towards the same purpose across organizational boundaries
- Intellectual curiosity and integrity and has a strong passion for innovation
- Onsite presence
- Travel - Minimized by leveraging virtual collaboration methods
