Director, P&C Business Partner

Oversee all facets of the HR function for the plant, developing and implementing People & Culture strategies while providing expert guidance to senior management. Build high-performing work cultures in partnership with leadership, drive employee engagement programs to maintain morale and engagement scores, and ensure robust HR process delivery across the employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and exit processes. Act as a thought partner to the GM and leadership team on critical business priorities, mobilizing manpower resources to deliver operations results and fixed cost savings on headcount. Maintain a cohesive industrial relations environment by building strong partnerships with the Union Committee and guiding the ER manager on collective bargaining agreements. Assess capability gaps within teams to create development plans, sustainably embed DE&I across talent strategies, and drive the digital journey for the plant through change management. Conduct daily Gemba walks to connect with front-line employees, understand organizational pulse, and proactively address gaps in people processes.
