Job Summary
Own the full P&L of Redcare Pharmacy's Own Brands business, including revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio performance across multiple European markets. Define and execute long-term strategy for the Redcare and nu3 brands, orchestrating the end-to-end value chain from product innovation and sourcing through launch and lifecycle management. Lead the Own Brands organization while partnering with Category Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive operational excellence and accelerate profitable growth. Establish governance, KPIs, and decision-making processes to ensure accountability across the portfolio. Represent the business in senior leadership discussions to shape strategic decisions for this key growth platform.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in Own Brands, Private Label, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, or e-commerce
- Strong track record of building and scaling consumer brands
- Demonstrated ownership of a P&L with responsibility for driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio performance
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end Own Brands value chain, from consumer insights and product development to sourcing, supply chain, commercialization, and lifecycle management
- Proven ability to lead and deliver results in a complex matrix organization, influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams beyond direct reporting lines
- Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking and a hands-on execution mindset
- Experience building high-performing teams, establishing scalable operating models, and driving organizational change
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to balance customer needs, commercial opportunities, and operational excellence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior leadership and external partners
