Director, Outsourced Services (Req#1276)

Director of Outsourced Services responsible for strategy, governance, and performance of ePlus’s outsourced services partner network. Oversee end-to-end partner lifecycle from selection and contract negotiation to onboarding, COI management, and ongoing vendor performance analysis. Lead outsourcing strategy, align partners with the company’s technical roadmap and service opportunities, and collaborate with professional services, sales, and presales to meet business needs. Manage onboarding, verify partner information, ensure policy compliance, and maintain partner data in CMS tools. Develop and maintain partner rating systems, monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service quality, and drive pricing optimization to increase margin. Maintain expertise and coverage tracking by technology, geography, and partner capabilities with a focus on cross-functional leadership, mentorship, and organizational development. Initial base salary between $130,000 and $175,000 with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits; at-will employment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; PMP certification is a plus. This role emphasizes governance, vendor ecosystems, data-driven decision-making, global delivery, and stakeholder influence. Located in multiple US offices (Durham, Fulton, Glen Allen, Herndon, King of Prussia).
