Job Summary
Senior Director-level role at Levi Strauss & Co. focused on building and delivering Organizational Development and Change Management capabilities in a global, matrixed organization. Responsible for establishing OD methodology, governance, tools, and operating models; partnering with HRBPs and senior leaders to design org health assessments, end-to-end org design projects, and governance frameworks; translating complex organizational needs into problem statements and business cases to drive alignment. Design and facilitate leadership alignment and team effectiveness interventions; lead change management strategies and integrate CM with L&D, communications, and people-leader enablement. Synthesize stakeholder input, monitor adoption, and continuously improve messaging and outcomes. Emphasizes automation, AI, and agentic AI tooling to scale OD capabilities. Requires Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) and 8+ years in OD (10+ years in large-scale transformation preferred). Location: Mexico City, Mexico. FULL TIME position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field (required)
- 8+ years of experience in organizational development with meaningful focus on org design, change management, and team effectiveness (required)
- Demonstrated ability to influence partners and advise leaders in a client-facing or consulting capacity, including establishing new processes and ways of working where they do not yet exist.
