Job Summary
Director-level role overseeing Oracle SCM/ERP initiatives within KPMG Advisory. Leads Oracle Field Service, Maintenance, and Supply Chain workstreams, serves as Solution Architect, maps business processes, and guides end-to-end implementations and lifecycle activities. Responsible for identifying Oracle project opportunities, supporting proposals and client presentations, and developing Oracle project teams. Requires eight years of Oracle experience, Fusion Field Service expertise, strong client service orientation, leadership, and project management, plus willingness to travel (up to 80–100%). U.S. work authorization is required with no visa sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of recent Oracle implementations or business process improvement in Field Service
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Knowledge of the Oracle implementation methodologies and experience in operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Field Service and full life cycle implementation experience, Maintenance a plus
- Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements; demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and project management with an accomplished executive business development track record
- Travel may be up to 80-100%
