Job Summary
Directs Oracle Fusion Financials strategy and implementation across GL, FAH, Cash Management, AP, AR; leads architecture, SLA, and reporting interfaces; manages cross-functional teams and external partners; responsible for global data flow, financial controls, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Financials with emphasis on GL, FAH, and cash management workflows; ensures tax, intercompany, and compliance considerations are integrated into the ERP roadmap; collaborates with vendors and SOX controls to maintain high standards of data integrity and process automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
- MBA or CPA is a significant plus
- 10+ years in ERP management
- at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Full Lifecycle Mastery: proven track record of leading at least two global, full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
- Deep Functional Knowledge: GL, FAH, Cash Management, AGIS, AP, AR
- Technical Literacy: FBDI, ADFDI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOAP/REST APIs in finance context
