Director or VP of Engineering

Director or VP of Engineering to own the platform end-to-end, not manage a project, with autonomy and a clear architectural vision. Lead a hands-on, product-focused platform team responsible for AI-enabled yard infrastructure, including camera/sensor streams, AI processing, and integrations (TMS/WMS). The role requires real-world platform experience, architectural credibility, and the ability to drive end-to-end technical direction, reviews, and receipts of impact. Preference for the Greater Toronto Area, with a strong bias toward Mississauga, Canada. The leader should have built and operated a real platform, demonstrated pull for architectural decisions in a product business, and be capable of shaping the next decade of yard infrastructure through hands-on leadership and strategic vision.
