Job Summary
The Director, Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) at Easterseals PORT Health will provide leadership and operational oversight for licensed OTP clinics, ensuring services are delivered in compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include supervising clinic leadership, managing budgets, collaborating with various departments, and participating in developing new service locations. The role requires a Master's Degree, at least 3 years of experience in leadership within behavioral health or substance use treatment, and specific licensure requirements. Strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in relevant operational tools, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or healthcare operations
- LCAS required, Dual full licensure preferred; LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT
- Knowledge of federal and state OTP regulations and compliance standards
- Valid, unrestricted state appropriate driver’s license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in or managing an Opioid Treatment Program
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations, budgets, and teams
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational systems
