Oversee daily operational activities for post-trade processing, settlement, cash management, and regulatory reporting across equities, derivatives, bonds, and virtual assets. Serve as the senior escalation point for operational incidents, failed trades, and client-impacting issues, ensuring prompt resolution and clear stakeholder communication. Monitor key risk indicators including aged breaks, settlement efficiency, and reconciliation exceptions while driving process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives. Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and Group policies. Participate in new product launches to ensure operational readiness prior to go-live.
