Job Summary

The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading the site’s Manufacturing organization, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products and services while assuring customer satisfaction and resource utilization. Key responsibilities include leading the operations team, developing operational budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and establishing initiatives to advance delivery and cost improvements. The role requires regular customer interaction, oversight of production accountability, and strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge in Manufacturing within aerospace or similar industries, and familiarity with relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of management experience in Operations or Production Management
  • 8-10 years of Manufacturing experience in Aerospace or other complex machining or highly regulated industries
  • Demonstrated success at delivering superior business results through effective execution of company initiatives and objectives
  • Positional knowledge in Leadership, Strategy Development, Financial Acumen, Negotiation Skills, Organization Skills, Communication Skills, Team Work, Creativity, and Visionary Forward Thinking

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a technical field
  • AS9100 QMS body of knowledge experience
  • Leadership skills that influence organizational cultural change
  • Strong understanding of FAA and EASA regulations
