Job Summary
Directs SLGS-PH Operations with 300+ staff in Manila, driving growth and strategy, managing service delivery and performance, and building/maintaining partner relations with internal stakeholders and business partners. Accountable for vision and continuous improvement to deliver on prioritites related to client focus, productivity, efficiency and talent management. Collaborates with shared services/IT teams to build infrastructure, manage business continuity and operational risk, and partners across Sun Life during transition of new work. Works night shift to support North America business hours and follows North America holiday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Band Level of 6B
- Performance Rating of 3 or higher during the 2025 Annual Performance Review
- Not on corrective action/Performance Improvement Plan
- No reliability issues for the last 6 months
- At least 1 year in current sub band including probationary period
