Job Summary
Associate Director of Operations oversees 300+ staff in Manila operations, driving growth and strategy, managing service delivery, building partner relations, ensuring productivity and talent management, and coordinating with Sun Life internal stakeholders. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing the vision and priorities for client focus, efficiency, and risk management, identifying opportunities for scale, and supporting the transition of new work with infrastructure considerations. Required Qualifications
- Minimum Band Level of 6B
- Performance Rating of 3 or higher during the 2025 Annual Performance Review
- Not on corrective action/Performance Improvement Plan
- No reliability issues for the last 6 months
- At least 1 year in current sub band including probationary period
- Must comply with assigned shift schedule (day or night)
- Work from Home enabled with stable internet (at least 25mbps)
