Job Summary
Oversees residential real estate property by managing leasing, maintenance, and service activities through subordinate supervisors; ensures an exceptional level of customer service; acts as authority for situations not addressed in the Operating Manual. Requires strong people skills, professional image, sales/marketing knowledge, budgeting and reporting abilities, vendor/contractor coordination, and a valid driver’s license with insurance; Real Estate License may be required by state. Travel to other company locations possible; onsite role in Bayonne, NJ with full-time schedule and potential on-call hours. Responsibilities include developing operating budgets and sales/marketing plans, achieving NOI through cost control and revenue improvement, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining property conditions, and presenting financial data to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of management experience in property management or related field
