Job Summary
Director of Operations accountable for leading a multi-site network across the U.S. in a senior-capability role focused on safety, service, operational excellence, financial outcomes, and customer experience. Drive cross-functional collaboration, KPI delivery (Safety, Quality, On-Time Delivery, Cost), and continuous improvement with lean methodologies. Own performance reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly), capital budgeting support, and ROI enhancement through process optimization and scalable growth. Lead recruitment and development of an operations leadership team; ensure systems (including WMS) and processes standardize best practices, improve productivity, and sustain compliant, high-performing environments across high-volume grocery distribution and 3PL contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Proven senior leadership experience within 3PL, retail, consumer goods, or grocery distribution environments
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-site operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong experience supporting big box grocery customers and distribution models
