Director, Operations (Outpatient), Clinic Overhead (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Directs outpatient operations to ensure provision of high quality, cost-effective medical services and oversees clinical, quality, administrative, and fiscal aspects of the organization. Provides leadership and oversight of Clinical Service Managers and senior-level staff, resolving technical, operational, and organizational problems. Conducts agenda-driven meetings with staff to address issues, strategizes on program expansion and business development, and plans, budgets, and manages the department to meet operational objectives. Analyzes complex data sets including variance analysis and financial reports while supervising various levels of personnel using professional discretion. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a Master's preferred, and seven years of technical experience. Full-time day shift position with on-call rotation available.
