Job Summary
Lead the redesign of GTT's operations across leasing, sales, after-sales, and workshop functions by building an integrated, KPI-driven organization. Standardize and digitize operational processes while analyzing cost drivers to implement sustainable savings. Drive productivity gains through fleet availability improvements, reduced downtime, and streamlined workflows. Develop leadership capabilities to enforce a consistent execution culture. This role requires extensive experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management with a proven track record in process optimization and cost control. Based in Germany, this director-level position offers direct access to the executive team and full authority to shape the future of the business.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Operations, Logistik, Flottenmanagement, Vermietung, Automotive, Werkstatt oder After Sales
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in Prozessoptimierung, Kostenreduktion und Organisationsentwicklung
- Ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein sowie Erfahrung im operativen Kostencontrolling
- Analytische Stärke und Sicherheit in der KPI-basierten Steuerung
- Klare Führung, hohe Umsetzungskonsequenz und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechendem beruflichem Erfolgsnachweis
