Job Summary

Lead the Integrated Process Team to promote a Safety First, Quality Always culture that ensures uninterrupted, compliant supply through continuous improvement. Establish a Target Zero, Right First-Time mindset by reducing waste and driving process efficiency, cycle time, and yield. Manage supply performance metrics, approve purchasing and capital projects within Grant of Authority, and develop the Company Production System (MPS) to leverage innovation and digital solutions. Oversee the IPT operating budget, implement corrective actions from audits, and foster talent development through coaching, performance evaluations, and strategic workforce planning. Report monthly metrics to Site Leadership and champion improvement projects to reduce variability and eliminate waste while maintaining high business acumen across the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or another technical field
  • Minimum (9) years' experience in more than one functional area, such as Operations, Quality, Technical Operations, Technology, Engineering, Maintenance, and/or Supply Chain
  • Minimum (4) years of line experience, with responsibility for direct and indirect reports

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree
  • Minimum of (4) years' experience in relevant manufacturing or processing (aseptic/sterile, bulk, solid oral dosage, packaging, etc.)
  • Minimum of (2) different management pathway roles or experiences
  • Demonstrated knowledge of High Performing Organization tools and methodology, including MPS/lean processing
  • Demonstrated ability to create an engaged workforce using Inclusion as the How
  • Demonstrated experience of interacting with regulatory agencies via on-site inspections
  • Demonstrated successes with Talent Management, reorganization and strategic initiatives
