Job Summary
Monitor cleanroom cleaning operations to ensure activities are completed promptly and correctly while managing staff development in cGMP training, technical skills, and performance reviews. Plan and lead projects to improve efficiency, establish deliverables based on quality goals, and resolve issues by following corrective and preventative actions. Maintain project calendars, facilitate meetings, and ensure accurate timekeeping and labor law compliance. Manage the region's P&L by analyzing financial statements, budget variances, and operating reports to monitor financial goals. Represent the company at customer meetings alongside sales and regional managers. Adhere to all GMP regulations, document programs, and safety requirements while maintaining minimum inventory levels of standard stock materials.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years supervising the work of others
- Must have a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in the janitorial, cleaning, or related field
