Job Summary
Provide executive leadership for production operations (MPO) at the Kalispell, MT site, accountable for delivering over $20B in annual revenue. Establish and monitor production using metrics and budgets, initiating corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery of the quarterly build plan. Direct project schedules, optimize resource utilization to minimize costs, and accurately establish plant capacity aligned with build requirements. Lead continuous improvement efforts driving Lean, safety, and quality goals while identifying automation and AI technologies to enhance efficiency. Manage personnel development through mentoring and performance evaluation, maintaining compliance with global business conduct standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or supply chain operations
- 10 - 15 Years
