Job Summary
Director, Operations at GLG leads Revenue Operations and commercial execution, driving world-class sales methodology deployment, strategic insights across the client lifecycle, and governance of territories, forecasting, and CRM dashboards to enable revenue growth. The role emphasizes transforming raw commercial data into strategic intelligence, leading pipeline reviews, supporting top-of-funnel strategies, designing territory structures, and partnering with cross-functional teams to operationalize the GLG way for commercial and service excellence. Strong focus on analytics, executive communication, and alignment across sales, service, and finance; senior leadership collaboration and impact across global operations. This is an individual-contributor leadership role with significant influence, requiring 10+ years in relevant RevOps functions and deep Salesforce CRM experience.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial operations spanning the full client lifecycle
- Proven track record of directly improving frontline productivity and driving revenue outcomes
- Experience owning forecasting, territory design, pipeline governance, or go-to-market strategy in a complex, global sales environment
- Deep fluency with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred) and analytical tools for revenue operations
- Ability to influence without authority and partner with sales, service, finance, and senior leadership
- Experience across sales and service/client success in professional services, B2B, or knowledge-intensive industries preferred
- Proven expertise in RevOps stack: pipeline, forecasting, territory, account planning, and service operations
- Experience leading transformation programs and centers of excellence
- Comfort translating data into executive-ready insights
- Proficiency with Sales methodologies and driving frontline adoption
- Adaptability and judgment in ambiguous environments
- Technology fluency with Salesforce
