Director, Operations - Fitness Together

Job Summary
Conduct ongoing communications with approximately 68 Fitness Together® franchise owners to discuss brand priorities, operational focus areas, and progress toward goals. Host structured monthly collaboration calls to share performance data, system updates, and best practices, while meeting to review business metrics and build improvement plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisee operational ticketing, triaging and resolving submitted issues in a timely manner while identifying systemic patterns. Lead regional meetings to train franchise owners on new tools and systems, and develop, maintain, and distribute operational rollout guides for new programs and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5–10 years of success supporting franchisees, working in a franchised business, or in a field operations position
- The candidate must be an experienced and proven franchise operations consultant with demonstrated and superior leadership skills and a proven track record of coaching, collaboration, and mentoring
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 25–50%) and ensure high visibility and accessibility to franchise locations as needed
- Periodic in-person presence at the Denver Support Center is required for Confirmation Day events and other key corporate activities
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-unit management experience preferred
- Experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industries is a plus
- familiarity with personal training or boutique fitness concepts is particularly valuable
