Job Summary
Lead multiple distribution centers by cultivating customer relationships, acting as an extension of their business to enable DHL Supply Chain's success. Drive performance and results through your teams by assembling, advising, and supporting strong groups at each center while developing a strong network throughout functional departments. Hold all resources and areas of the business transparent and accountable, serving as a critical link between distribution centers and senior leadership. Work with your manager on developing your growth and career direction within the largest global supply chain company, utilizing entrepreneurial-like freedom to structure your business unit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience within supply chain
- 3+ years of progressive experience in at least one of the following: strategy development and implementation, operations management, or organization design and implementation
- This role can be based in Northern California, Phoenix Arizona, or Boise Idaho
- This role will require approximately 50% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading startup operations
- Strong customer-facing skills
- MBA or equivalent
- Experience as a management consultant or in a strategic role within a supply chain function
