Job Summary
Director, Operations and Implementation to lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple projects and programs globally, aligning operations with business goals, managing interdependencies, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional collaboration, resource planning, capacity assessment and prioritization, designing scalable processes within support segment frameworks, mentoring and succession planning, and communicating changes to stakeholders globally. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, governance, policy compliance, talent development, and delivering measurable business outcomes while enhancing associate and customer experiences in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Logistics Supply Chain, Communications, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area
- 2 years’ supervisory experience
