Job Summary
Oversee daily production performance to consistently meet output, cost, and quality targets in Cavite PSU manufacturing. Establish production schedules aligned with customer requirements, ensure smooth material flow, and lead initiatives to reduce defects and improve yields. Enforce strict adherence to safety standards, manage departmental budgets, and partner with Engineering and NPI to ensure new products are ready for efficient manufacturing. Build a high-performing team through coaching, succession planning, and a culture of accountability. Deliver annual cost and productivity commitments while resolving bottlenecks across Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain. Reports to VP Manufacturing; requires onsite presence in Rosario, Cavite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field
- At least 15 years of experience in high-technology manufacturing
- At least 10 years in senior leadership roles
- Strong background in power supply operations, process engineering, and large-scale production management
- Demonstrated track record of improving efficiency, productivity, and quality in complex manufacturing environments
- Experience managing new product introductions and large-scale production transfers
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
- Solid business acumen
- Strategic thinking
- Willingness to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite
