Director, Operational Reporting & Performance Analytics

Establish and execute a multi-year strategy to centralize operational reporting within Enterprise Analytics, transitioning responsibilities from individual business units into a scalable, standardized model. Lead the development of tactical and strategic executive reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards using Power BI, while overseeing the implementation of an enterprise Quality Management framework. Facilitate monthly operational business reviews with executive leadership, develop KPI frameworks, and drive continuous process improvement through root cause analysis and cross-functional partnerships. Manage a high-performing team and establish governance standards for all reporting initiatives.
