Job Summary
Develop and execute operational performance strategies aligned with organizational goals to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and financial performance across the Pathology Division. Design, implement, and maintain operational frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards while establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership. Lead cross-functional projects focused on streamlining processes, reducing variation, and driving successful adoption of new initiatives through effective change management. Partner with operational, clinical, and administrative teams to foster a culture of accountability and coach leaders on performance management principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, operational excellence, performance improvement, healthcare administration, business operations, sales/business development, or a related field
- Demonstrated success leading operational improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and organizational change efforts
- Experience developing and managing performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related discipline)
