Director, Oncology Services & Senior Care

Direct and oversee day-to-day operations for Oncology Services & Senior Care, managing budgets, financial performance, and resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness. Maintain accountability for clinical operations, nursing practice standards, and patient care delivery while leading performance improvement, quality, and patient experience initiatives. Participate in strategic planning for specialty care services, identifying opportunities for clinic expansion, redesign, and service optimization. Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams including clinic managers and nursing leaders, ensuring appropriate staffing models and workforce optimization. Partner with Medical Directors to implement strategic initiatives, support provider recruitment and retention, and collaborate on efficiency and compliance with hospital standards.
