Director - Oncology Services

Manage day-to-day operations of the John B Amos OP Cancer Center and IP Oncology unit, overseeing administrative, financial, and clinical services under the Executive Director. Forecast departmental goals, prepare budgets, and allocate resources to maximize system effectiveness while ensuring cost containment. Establish performance standards, conduct evaluations, and administer personnel decisions including recruitment, selection, and promotions. Coordinate service delivery systems to meet the needs of patients, physicians, and staff while maintaining accreditation requirements and quality of care.
