Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive oncology brand strategies, translating clinical data and market dynamics into differentiated commercial plans for assigned assets. Lead pre-launch and launch readiness for current and future oncology products, coordinating cross-functional alignment with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliant execution. Own brand performance, budget management, and agency leadership while driving customer engagement initiatives across congress, KOL programs, and digital channels. Establish clear strategic priorities and performance objectives, presenting business cases and brand updates to senior leadership to support Cosette's portfolio growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare commercial experience
- significant oncology marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing brand strategies for oncology and other complex specialty products
- Launch experience, including pre-launch planning, launch readiness, field enablement, and post-launch optimization
- Experience leading cross-functional brand teams and partnering with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Commercial Operations
- Experience developing positioning, messaging, promotional strategies, customer engagement programs, and omnichannel initiatives
- Experience working with oncology customers, treatment pathways, clinical data, guidelines, and market access dynamics
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, forecasts, and pharmaceutical promotional review processes
- Strong understanding of oncology markets, customer segments, treatment pathways, and the evolving clinical and competitive environment
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex clinical and market information into actionable commercial strategy
- Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and financial discipline
- Demonstrated launch leadership and ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and executive-influence skills
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical promotional compliance, MLR/PRC processes, and regulated communications
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, agencies, and timelines
- High degree of accountability, agility, collaboration, integrity, and commitment to patients
