Job Summary
Director of Oncology US Market Access Marketing leading ETENTA market access strategy across payer channels, coordinating strategy and alignment with US Market Access, Oncology Commercial Organization, and Medical Affairs. Develop market access strategies and tactics reflecting ETENTA’s clinical, economic, and competitive profile in Multiple Myeloma. Shape value stories, tools, and customer engagement approaches for payer, provider, institution, government, and community stakeholders. Leverage data, analytics, and strategic insight in marketing, while providing leadership and fostering alignment with AbbVie’s Ambitious Cultural Vision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience with cross-functional experiences including field sales, finance, market analytics, brand marketing
- Experience with pharmaceutical marketing principles and practices, including a demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, conduct and interpret market research, and understand the regulatory environment
- Strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across matrix environments
