Job Summary
Director of Oncology US Market Access Marketing leads ETENTA market access strategy across payer channels, including Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and other relevant access segments, while coordinating with Brand Marketing, Market Access Insights, Medical Payer Strategy, and legal/compliance. Develops value stories and tools, shapes payer/provider/government stakeholder engagement, and leverages analytics to guide strategy for ETENTA in Multiple Myeloma.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience with cross-functional experiences including field sales, finance, market analytics, brand marketing
- Experience with pharmaceutical marketing principles and practices, including a demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, conduct and interpret market research, and understand the regulatory environment
- Strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across matrix environments
- Advanced Degree/Masters in related healthcare field strongly preferred
- Market Access in Multiple Myeloma/Hematology experience preferred
- Commercialization of physician-administered oncolytics
- Experience in Medical Benefit and reimbursement
- Experience in external collaboration
