Job Summary
Director, On-Site Power Delivery responsible for leading utility power coordination, high-voltage infrastructure readiness, substation delivery alignment, and permanent power energization across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Abilene AI Data Center campuses. Partners with utilities, construction, commissioning, startup, controls, operations, and portfolio leadership to keep power delivery aligned with project schedules and operational readiness. Field-engaged leadership with 40–60% site presence during critical utility, energization, startup, and recovery activities. Location options include Abilene, TX (or Texas Remote with 50% travel); relocation packages are available for eligible candidates.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (not specified)
- Experience in leadership roles overseeing power delivery, utility coordination, or substation projects is implied by Director title
