Job Summary
Own the omnichannel strategy across a portfolio of strategic retail partners, developing annual and quarterly operating plans that align commercial priorities with marketing, digital activation, and retailer initiatives. Partner closely with Sales leadership to establish strategic priorities, shape Joint Business Plans, and identify new opportunities to accelerate growth across multiple retail partners. Develop customer-specific growth strategies supporting new product launches, seasonal events, and long-term business growth while identifying opportunities to scale best practices. Evaluate shopper behavior, competitive activity, and market trends to identify opportunities that strengthen SharkNinja's competitive position. Establish success metrics and operating rhythms that ensure progress against key business objectives while balancing priorities across the Midwest portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in omnichannel strategy, retail marketing, ecommerce, shopper marketing, retail media, commercial strategy, or related disciplines
- Experience managing strategic retail partnerships and developing customer specific growth strategies
- Proven ability to develop business strategies and lead complex cross functional initiatives within a matrixed organization
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution and deliver measurable business results
- Experience developing executive business reviews, operating plans, forecasting processes, and performance reporting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
