Job Summary

Director, Omnichannel Enablement Lead responsible for transforming brand customer engagement plans into high-performing HCP and Patient omnichannel campaigns with emphasis on speed-to-market, analytics-driven enablement, and cross-indication strategy. Oversees enablement leads for each indication business unit, serves as primary day-to-day contact for brand partners, and drives end-to-end development and execution of integrated HCP/Consumer engagement plans for US brands to maximize marketing impact and KPI attainment. Defines capability roadmaps aligned with GTMC vision, ensures scalability across the book of business, collaborates with analytics and channel colleagues, manages vendors, and fosters knowledge sharing and agile, customer-oriented practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technology, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in omnichannel or digital marketing execution, with majority of that experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or biotech preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in leading by influence and achieving results in a matrix-driven, multi-functional organization
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role of a high performing, multi-functional team
  • Experience managing external vendors
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role of a high performing, multi-functional team
