Director - Office of the General Counsel (OGC)

Lead and manage the Vietnam OGC function, provide high-quality legal advice to support business objectives, serve as Data Protection Officer for PwC Vietnam, and oversee company secretarial and corporate governance. Responsibilities include handling legal advisory and risk management, contracting and commercial support, data protection/privacy governance, and governance matters with leadership, Risk & Quality, and Global OGC; coordinate with external counsel and regulators; drive governance, regulatory compliance, and business enablement across the Vietnam firm.
