Job Summary

Facilitate, implement, and coordinate Faculty-wide academic, governance, and strategic priorities as the Dean's principal advisor on institutional policy and executive decision-making. Develop, implement, and evaluate governance frameworks, administrative policies, and operational processes to strengthen organizational effectiveness and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Manage highly confidential matters requiring exceptional judgment, diplomacy, and discretion while supporting cyclical program reviews, new program approvals, and quality assurance processes. Provide direct executive administrative support to the Dean and Associate Deans when requested. This term position for six months reports to the Dean within the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in a related field
  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in academic administration, governance, policy development, quality assurance, accreditation, strategic planning, executive advisory; and executive support within a post-secondary environment
